SEDUCTIVE BERRIES

The world's first heart-shaped strawberries have been created by Australian Josh Engwerda and have been named Seduberries, short for seduceberry.

A keen gardener, Engwerda came up with the idea ago after recalling an article about Japan's famous cube-shaped watermelons.  He said, "I thought I could do something with my strawberries and decided to try to make them into hearts for my girlfriend."
Engwerda from Hillwood Strawberry Farm grows the berries in plastic moulds that shape the berries into the global symbol of love.
