HERBAL SOUP TO REDUCE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Since my blood pressure reading was high last week, I decided to buy Chinese celery to make soup for dinner last night.  This is a simple dish that my mum taught me to cook.  It is said to help reduce ones blood pressure.  It is very easy to make.  All one needs is Chinese celery, onion, garlic and ginger.  To make the soup, just fry the onions, ginger and garlic in a bit of oil till fragrant.  Then add water and let it boil.  After that put in the Chinese celery and let it boil again.  Lastly add a bit of salt to taste.  Simple right?  I usually drink the soup two or three times a week if I notice my blood pressure is higher than usual.  In no time, it would return to normal.
