NOT FINE ENOUGH

I have soaking rice to make bedak sejuk (rice powder) for some time now.  When I checked yesterday, the rice was not fine enough.  There is actually a short cut where the rice is put into the blender but I want to do it the natural way. 
Wonder how long it is before I can make the bedak sejuk?  Can't wait to make them.
