CAUSING A HOUSE TO BECOME TOO YIN

When I went to visit Lai Yoong yesterday evening, I took pictures of a few houses that had planted some flowing plants at the front.  I guess the owners thought that would make their houses cooler and also give them an aesthetic feel.  However, if one were to look at it from the Feng Shui point of view, the cascading leaves covering almost half of the front entrance would give the place a very Yin feel.  This is no good as it can easily invite spirits.  Such houses have negative energy.
If a house is too dark, it has too much yin and the occupants could suffer from allergies, respiratory problems, colds and other types of yin related diseases. At worst, the occupants can also suffer from depression. If a house is too bright, then the house is too yang and that is not good either.  The occupants will be nervous, angry, and unable to relax. Therefore, we should always make sure that there is a balanced of yin and yang in our homes.
