HEAVEN AND EARTH UNITE

Whenever we think of the Wu Lou in terms of feng shui, we always associate it with health and longevity.
There are quite a number of Taoists deities who are depicted with the Wu Lou, for example, Sau Sing Kung (in 3 Lucky Stars Fuk Luk Sau), Mad Monk God (Chai Kung) and Li Tieh Kuai (in 8 Immortals).
The shape of the wu lou is said to be a representation of heaven and earth united together. The Wu Lou forms the eight shape and also that of the infinity. The top half of the Wu Lou is heaven and the bottom, earth and when used by human, it is the wonderful integration of heaven, earth and mankind. Taoists deities and priests use the Wu Lou to absorb evil spirits into it for imprisonment. Therefore Wu Lou has the potency to absorb bad chi.
