VACUUM FRY DRIED VEGETABLES AND FRUITS

I bought a jar of vacuum fry dried vegetables and fruits at a bakery in Old Town Ipoh this afternoon. I was attracted to it because of the assortment of colourful bits inside the jar. There were potatoes, french beans, yam, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, pineapples and a couple more which I wasn't sure of. The lady at the bakery told me that this type snack food came from Taiwan. I bought a jar for RM14.50. How did they taste like? Biscuits.
