HAPPINESS BOOSTERS





Since I am blogging about Xing Fu or Happiness, I try to write about things that make me happy and also others as well. Do you know that there are 5 types of food that we can eat to boost our happiness levels. Yup!
The 5 types are citrus fruits, nuts, leafy greens, salmon and cherries. It seems that research has shown that eating these fruits can reduce stress, depression and help to boost our moods. Thank goodness beef, pork, venison and mutton are not in the list as I don't eat them.
