In my post about Choy Keok, I mentioned that there are two types of Gaai Choy or Chinese Mustard Cabbage. The leaves of the first type (first picture) is longer and softer while the second type is shorter and crunchier. However, they taste almost the same. For your information, the gaai choy is a good source of vitamins and minerals such as calcium.
