I went to the Dou Mou Gong Temple in Ayer Tawar to offer prayers to the 9 Emperor Gods on Sunday evening. When I reached the temple I was told that the procession had left the temple and was making its round. Too bad I went a bit late if not I would have taken pictures of the mediums in a trance. Anyway there is always next year and the years after that ...
The Nan Dou and Bei Dou pagodas flanking the temple.
The Tortoise shaped buns used as offerings for the 9 Emperor Gods
The stage and equipment for the performances at the temple have gone hi-tech.
