One of my friends wasn't feeling too well this afternoon. She was feeling giddy and her blood pressure was high. So I gave her a traditional massage to help get rid of 'wind' or 'gas' from her body. For your information, I was taught this type of massage by my godmother who herself is a skilled masseur.
Afterwards I felt that some of the wind had transferred to me as I was burping and also breaking wind after the massage therapy. So I went home and prepared food that would help to get rid of wind from the body. One such dish is very simple. You need to get ginger, eggs, onions and garlic. First fry the ginger, then add the sliced onions and then finally the garlic. Lastly break one or two eggs and fry until fragrant. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can eat it just like that or turn it into a soup by adding water. You might have to add more salt after tasting it.
Try the dish, it is easy to cook and very cheap. It's delicious as well.
