I am a tea person. Each day I drink cups and cups of tea. My favourite is green tea. Actually I have been drinking tea even before I found out that it has so much benefits. For your information, I don't drink coffee. When I was a little girl, I did try drinking it but afterwards I found that I has insomnia. Furthermore, I don't like the taste.
