I got to view an exhibition of some very interesting paintings done by children with disabilities. The visitors were asked to judge the work of the children by the the organisers who happen to be from JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency). The two pretty young Japanese girls who are JICA volunteers spoke to me in the Malay language and they told me that it was one of the activities of their agency to contribute to promote social participation for persons with disabilities. Now this is doing something worthwhile that youths should be involved in.
