Just in case you might be wondering what type of snack that I am holding, let me tell you that it is an orange peel. I remember that there is this comment that when it comes to food, the Chinese will eat almost anything. Well, they also make sure that nothing goes to waste and that is why even the orange peels are preserved and made into a snack.
