I was told by a friend of mine who owned an orchard that she would use syrup (water mixed with sugar) to water her fruit trees. According to her the fruits would turn out to be sweeter. Well, I am not sure if there is any scientific truth about this but I got Sharveen to water some of the fruit trees with the leftover syrup from the Library Do for the committee members in the morning. It would be better than just pouring it into the drain.
