WHOOSH! I finally managed to give the talk titled, "Feng Shui for the Wellbeing of the Family" this afternoon. What a big relief! I was worried about the presentation for a few days and today I can finally take a rest.
My friends, Sharon and Lai Yoong, had estimated a turnout of around 60 but unfortunately only 46 turned up. Could it be because of the rain? It was raining very heavily in the later part of the morning and for a moment I had thought that the attendance would be even poorer. Anyway, I was told that a number of the ladies whose means of transport was the motorbike did not turn up because of the rain.
Well, I think those present were interested in what I had to say as they appeared rather attentive and interested. Hopefully, I managed to deliver a talk on Feng Shui that was both informative and interesting. I'll ask Haji Hasnin as he came for the talk with his daughter, Nabila, and might I say went home winning a lucky draw prize.
A few of my friends also came and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the support they have given. I worked very hard to prepare the material for the presentation and I was very pleased with the response shown by everyone. So now, that is the end of giving such talks. Once I think is enough. In future, I'll stick to writing about Feng Shui on the Xing Fu blog. I am certain that I make a better writer than speaker. Writing has always been my forte.
