My sympathies to the neighbours of the house pictured above. The compound is filled with rubbish. Can you imagine the bad Qi (not to mention the poor circulation of air) into the house? The negative energy would also affect the neighbours as well.
And yes, it might also be a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Haven't the occupants heard of the Aedes mosquito and Dengue Fever. Tsk! Tsk!
By the way, there are two more houses a few doors away which have even more rubbish in the compound. If I have the chance, I'll snap photos of them to show you here.
