SIMPLE WAY TO BEAT STRESS



Most mortals suffer from stress and in the long run might develop diseases like hypertension and heart attacks. One very simple way to relax and reduce stress is to keep a pet. Why is this so? It is because researchers have found that people who own pets have lower blood pressure than those who did not.
I know, I know. Some of you might say that there is no time or resources to keep a pet. Those who live in apartments or condos might not be allowed to keep pets. What to do? Go visit friends who have pet dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, et cetera. Petting these cute furry creatures even for short while does help to relieve stress. By the way, don’t go petting the animals at the zoo as not all are tame. You might get bitten and end up in hospital.
