HARVESTING THE TORCH GINGER FLOWER

I finally managed to harvest three stalks of torch ginger flowers from the herb garden this afternoon. I am going to cook tom yam with the torch ginger flower or bunga kantan (Etlingera elatior) on Monday. Heh! Heh! Heh!
