Kacang putih is a titbit that Malaysians like to eat and it is one of the famous food in Ipoh. Actually kacang putih means white nuts when it is literally translated. This very delicious Indian snack comes with a variety of choices. There is one factory located in Buntong, Ipoh where it is manufactured and distributed to all sellers around the country But now it is taken to include other fried titbits that are basically made from peanuts, nuts or flour. My lovely friend, Thiru, was the one who drove me to the wholesaler in Buntong. The snack is much cheaper here. The packets that I am holding up cost RM2.00 each.

“kacang putih ”是我小时候最喜欢的零食,
直到现在还是没有改变。
I love them since young too but they seem to give me pimples.
我就没有考虑那么多,
民以食为天嘛!
是不是很贪吃?
