According to Feng Shui beliefs, it is not advisable to live in a house facing a temple or a place of worship for that matter. Why? It is because spirits can be found lurking around these places since they can find peace from the prayers and the chantings.In the case of temples, they are places where some people go to when they have problems and all the negative energies emitted might not be good for the occupants of the house directly fronting the temple.
