RED ROSE BUD TEA

I was introduced to drinking red rose bud tea only recently by a lovely lady called Jasmine. She told me that it was very beneficial and good for health. I managed to buy a packet of this tea from the Chinese medicine shop and shared some of it with a few of my friends this morning. I have yet to tell them what to do with the rose petals and what goodness it brings. They were told to visit this blog to find out.
Now let me share with you what I have found out. For your information, this type of tea is made from real rose buds, plucked when they are young and then dried. The ladies are sure to love it as it is supposed to add a spark to their beauty, prevent aging, relieve menstrual pain (add a bit of brown sugar) and also ease stomach bloatedness. It is also supposed to be able to balance hormones for a general wellbeing. Essential oils in this tea also help aid circulation. The rose bud tea is caffeine free and an excellent refreshment with soothing and calming effects. So obviously, Red Rose Bud Tea is good for everyone.
You just need to place a few rosebuds in a mug or cup and add hot water. Brew it for at least 15 minutes and it is ready to be enjoyed.
