I sent my car for the first service at Toyota today and must say that the service I got from both the very young clerks at the service counter was good. When we enter a business premise, the way we are treated by the staff will have a big effect on its turnover.
When I sent my car, I was served by a girl named Wani who took pains to explain to me the procedures and also the type of service that would be given. She also said that she'd give me a call once the car was ready. I was served by Simon (above) when I got back the car. He even walked me to the car and helped to direct the traffic so that I could drive out from the workshop area. Not bad.
