I received a baby full moon (1 month) gift box from my friend yesterday. In the box are red eggs, ang ku and an assortment of cakes.
For Chinese families, one of the most important traditions is the baby's full month celebration. In this tradition, the family offers red-dyed eggs and ang ku to friends and relatives as a symbol of good luck and good health. In return the receiver will give a red packet to the baby.
