WALKING TO BURN CALORIES

Baron Lin and I need the evening walks to burn off fat but not Vasan Wei Sheng. Yet he insists that he needs to lose some weight and exercises with us by walking for at least an hour in the evening.
The two with extra kilos to shed taking a break from walking at the Tua Pek Kong Temple in Pasir Panjang.
