Shafiq and I tried the South Korean ice cream called Jipangi for the first time. It is sold at Aeon Sitiawan.
WHAT IS JIPANGI
Created as a traditional Korean snack made from 100% corn, Jipangi in Korean means a “cane” or a “walking stick”.
HISTORY
In the streets of Insadong, Seoul, where traditional Korean products are found, an idea of filling the snack’s hollow inner part with soft serve ice cream was introduced.
To no surprise, this new trend of tasting an old, traditional snack with a new and fun approach has won the hearts of desserts and ice cream aficionados throughout the whole nation!
JIPANGI NOW IN ASIA
Jipangi ice cream has then reached the hearts of the people inside and outside of Korea. Being recognised even by tourists for its uniqueness, Jipangi has decided to reach out and extend her love throughout Asia!
Jipangi is committed to deliver an authentic, truly made-from-Korea snack directly onto the hands of everybody.
