My second batch of black garlic which took about a month to make. The ones on the right are done but those on the left need to go back into the cooker for a few more days.
This type of garlic has lots of health benefits.
This half is acceptable. It took me more than a month to get it this way.
This is not ready. It is still brownish and the garlic has not turned rubbery and chewy yet.
So the brownish ones go back into the cooker for a few more days.
