SHOPPING FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR DECORATIONS

With Chinese New Year just a month away, my aunt and I have begun buying decorations to brighten up our homes for the festival.  On Saturday morning, we went to this shop in Ipoh New Town that has a wide range of decorative stuff to choose from.
The price of the items seem to be more expensive than the previous year.  It must be because our currency has shrunk compared to that of China.  The bigger and flashier items can cost a few hundred ringgit.  I only bought 4 plastic packets of plum blossom flowers for my DIY lanterns.  Each pack is only RM1.40.
