A WOK OF FRIED VEGETARIAN NOODLES


On the request of my boys, I fried this wok of vegetarian noodles for them.  According to them, I made it for them last year when I was on the 9-day vegetarian diet and they liked it.  The ingredients for this dish include fine noodles (bihun), mustard leaves, cabbage, capsicum, beancurd, beancurd skin and carrots.  I had to cook the dish at night and will reheat it before I go to college tomorrow morning.  Beansprouts will be added then. The boys will eat it with bird's eye chilli in soy sauce.
