I have been getting positive feedback from people who have been consuming virgin coconut oil. The have reported that the results from their blood tests to be better. Their cholesterol and high blood pressure has become normal. So I went and bought a bottle of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil in the hopes that it will normalise my bad cholesterol. I will drink it for a month and then go for a blood test. Will report once I get the results, good or bad.
