Packed this for a friend who is back in Sitiawan from Japan. The last time he was back, I remember his wife,
Carol Cheong saying that he had trouble looking for his favourite sambal udang petai. Yeah. It is indeed hard to find this dish as petai is very expensive and may not be available all the time. So I said that I'd cook it for him. Hopefully, he and his wife like my version of this dish.
