NEW EATING PLACE: CAPERS

Lai Yoong and I have a new eating place.  It is called Capers and is located at the back of the Sfera Hotel which is next to Rapid.  The place serves western food.
We ordered the grilled salmon and it was divine.  We shall definitely go again.
