When I was at the Pasar Malam (Night Market) on Monday, there was this stall selling ready mixed spices for an array of dishes, e.g. Rempah Masak Hitam, Rempah Ikan Kering and Rempah Masak Merah. Saves a lot of time and trouble needed to pound or blender.
