CLEAN AND TIDY ONCE MORE

The gardeners have helped to trim and prune the plants in the Herb Garden after it being left in neglect for a few months.  This was because we had a few months break and they were given other tasks around the college.  Another reason was that there was a big hornet's nest which was dangling 50 feet from a conifer tree.  They finally started work on Monday after the fire department came to burn the nest using a skylift.  After the pruning and trimming, the janitors cleaned up the area. Now the herb garden is clean  and tidy again.  Next week I will get the boys to start work on beautifying the garden.  I halted all activities except for watering, for fear that the boys might get stung.
