Chinese Cabbage or Pak Choy 白菜 sounds like a hundred types of prosperity luck in Chinese. That is why they are considered to be very auspicious. Cabbages that are stuffed are even more auspicious as the shape symbolises an ingot (ancient Chinese currency).
