FAN SHU TONG SUI A.K.A SWEET POTATO SOUP


The the sweet potatoes I bought from Cameron Highlands had been sitting in my refrigerator for a few weeks and were begging to be cooked. So out they came from the vegetable compartment. Skinned them and then cut them up. After that added ginger and pandan leaves. After boiling for about half an hour, my Fan Shu Tong Shui was ready.
