This magnificent dragon float was being prepared for the Nine Emperor Gods procession which will be held on Sunday. Great care and pains have been taken to make it elaborate and sophisticated for the big day. Besides the lights, the head of the dragon moves and smokes come out from its mouth.
Considering the cost and pains taken to make this dragon float, I am assuming that it will be on display at the temple grounds for the duration of the festival. Wonder if they are going to incorporate it into the temple decoration after the festival is over?
