MANJUNG COCONUT JELLY

Near my neighbourhood is a shop selling Coconut Jelly.  One is RM3.80 but if you buy 3, then you only pay RM11.00.  This delicious jelly is branded as Manjung  Coconut Jelly and is the brainchild of a Mr Mathy. His son operates a branch in Penang.
Let me give you some info about this jelly.  The jelly in the coconut is not formed outside of the coconut but  is ‘injected’ INTO the whole coconut utilising a certain gadget.  Then under extreme low temperature, the jelly is formed with the coconut water inside the young coconut.
