HAM CHIM PANG (CHINESE DOUGHNUT)


Besides crullers or Yau Char Kwai, Ham Chim Pang 咸煎饼 is also very delicious. They taste better when freshly fried and hot.  This is one bread that I don't think I want to learn to make.  I can just drive to my favourite stall at Hollywood and buy it.  It is less than a ringgit each.
