CRULLERS

 Chinese Crullers
Horse Hoof Crullers

Yau Char Kwai or "OIl Fried Devil"  is eaten by many Chinese as breakfast food.  It goes well with porridge.  In English it is known as crullers.  The long straight ones are Chinese crullers while the horse shoe shaped ones or Mak Keok is Horse Hoof Crullers.
