ABOUT CHAR KWAY TEOW

I ordered Char Kway Teow from the cafeteria yesterday and was disappointed. It was not up to the standard of the ones in Kg KDSK, Kg Pasir Pandak and Hajah Kamariah's. Actually Kway Teow is one of the noodles that is most difficult to fry and it takes a lot of skill. In my opinion the most difficult to fry is glass noodles or soh hoon.
