The two pictures above show a banana plant growing in one house with the fruit in the compound of the neighbour's house. Some of my friends tell me that the person in the other house is entitled to the fruit as it is inside his/her house. From what I know there have been a few cases where quarrels and fights have happened because of such a situation.
By the way, I am the owner of the house where the bananas are growing. In any case, I am not interested in the fruit at all. This is not the first time that the fruit has grown in my side of the fence and my neighbour has asked if I wanted the fruit. So there will definitely not be a battle for bananas.
