TRYING TO SAVE A BABY BIRD

In the morning Buzz picked up a baby bird that had fallen from the ceiling. Then she put it back in the hopes that the mother bird would come looking for it. Unfortunately she was told that the baby bird was still there and it seems that the carcasses of its siblings were found nearby. So she got two of the students to bring the bird to the library. There the two of us tried to do something to keep it alive. What do you feed a baby bird? Worms. But then we had none of those. So we tried giving it cake and biscuits. I held the bird while Buzz tried to feed it with the food we had. It did manage to it some and also drink water. We later brought it back to where it was found. Again with the hopes of it being reunited with its mother.
