TIPS ON FRYING RICE






I cooked Nasi Goreng Petai for a few of my students. They enjoyed eating it. Vasan liked it very much and said that when I retire I can set up a stall selling this.
I am sharing a tip given by Hajah Kamariah on cooking overnight rice.  She said to apply oil to the rice that had been refrigerated.  This would make it easier to fry. In my case, I use olive oil and sesame oil on the rice.  When it came to frying the rice, I used cranola oil.
