CARROT CAKE WITH CHEESE TOPPING

This was the carrot cake that we ordered from Cikgu Fahimah for the jamuan after the gallery opening ceremony.  Believe me, it tastes as delicious as it looks. Everyone was asking for directions to Cikgu Fahimah's house after they tried it.
