After having worked on two chairs, I have become more confident. This morning I started work on drawing and painting batik designs on the table that Buzz and I managed to get from the storeroom. Yesterday evening a few of my students had already painted the table white. Before we started, my boys had to sandpaper the surface.
In the morning, I drew the design on the table that we had left the paint to dry overnight. Then three of my students, Amir Hamzah, Nor Aizan and Ashraf helped me to do the painting. I did the touching up when they were done. Later two of my librarians applied varnish to the table. Well, what do you think?
