A couple of months ago, I had promised Amir, Izzuddin and Ibrahim to let them stay over at my house during the one week holiday in March. Unfortunately I had to break that promise as I was busy with carrying out the Cheng Beng rituals for three consecutive weekends for my maternal grandparents, my paternal grandparents and my parents. As there are two babies in their family, I decided not to even visit them as the Chinese believe that ones Qi becomes negative after visiting cemeteries. Also some believe that some of the dearly departed might just follow them home.
Anyway I made it up the them by treating the boys and their sister to dinner at Horizon Garden Restaurant this evening.
