COBBLER WITH NO SHOES

I thought this was a store selling shoes as it as known as "House of Cobbler".  How wrong I was.  There didn't seem to be any shoes.  Instead I saw bags, wallets, belts and clothings.  Hmm ... a clobber without shoes, thought I.
Home I went to check the dictionary on the word cobbler.  Here is what I found.

1. a person who mends shoes.
2.a deep-dish fruit pie with a rich biscuit crust, usually only on top.
3.an iced drink made of wine or liquor, fruits, sugar, etc.
4.a fabric rejected because of defective dyeing or finishing.
5.a mummichog.

I stand corrected.  The word cobbler can mean a number of things.  But still the shop didn't have any of the things mentioned in the definition.
