The missing MH370 has put the spotlight on my country, Malaysia. One particular event that caught the eye of the world was when a Malay bomoh or shaman and his assistants conducted a ritual to help find the missing plane. To me the intentions of the people were to help but somehow their shamanistic rituals seem to be regarded as a joke by many.
