SAR CHOI

The Chinese name for the fish above is Sar Choi.  I liked it fried and will usually order this dish when I dine at Ah Pek Lee Kau Fook Restaurant in Kampung Cina.  The plate of fish above costs RM15.
Anyone has any idea what Sar Choi is called in the English language?  If yes, please do let me know.
