KON LOU NOODLES WITH LIAO


I just can't seem to get enough of kon lou noodles 幹撈麵.  Kon Lou means the noodles are boiled, drained and then dark sauce, fried garlic oil and soy sauce are added.  I love mine with lots of liao or ingredients like fishballs, taufu and fried beanskin.
